Guests背包客 must be aged 24 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.

The property has a strict non-party policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.

Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.

Late check-in is possible for an additional fee of minimum GBP 50, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

Late checkout can be arrange, subject to availability at an extra cost of 50 GBP.

A minimum security deposit of GBP 400 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Kindly note that there is a strict non-smoking policy in the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
